The operational focus is on the development and realization of future-oriented social infrastructure properties through SITOA development, stab2 Architekten und Ingenieure und fenixx Bau. The real estate projects are certified by DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) in order to meet highest sustainability standards.

Further investments focus on sustainability, mainly software solutions and infrastructure.
